Method To Make 1 Liter

1000g CELAYA
150g Espresso coffee
SQ Ice cubes

Make the ristrettos, then use a cocktail shaker and some ice cubes to cool them down and make them frothy. Add the cold Celaya into the shaker, then shake again. Just as you’re ready to serve, pour the very frothy drink into glasses and add in a few ice cubes.
