A mouth-watering, instructive visit dedicated to chocolate
From the origin of cocoa beans to the wide range of chocolate recipes, all the way to the discovery of a virtual chocolate factory, a new "mini line" of artisanal chocolate production or a multi-sensory stopover, visitors make their way across the ground floor of the Cité du Chocolat, opened in 2013.
Chocolate lovers will extend their visit alongside the pastry chefs of the École Gourmet, discovering recipes and tricks of the trade in the new Dulcey Teaching Kitchen, entirely dedicated to the practice of pastry making. These themed workshops will be offered to visitors who want to get right in the action.
