Tête-à-tête with Chef Pierre Chambon
We had a great day full of fun and flavour with the talented and creative Pierre Chambon, Executive Chef of SLS Dubai. He surprised us with his very tasty Soufflé masterpiece.
Coming from the country famously known for its patisserie and inspired by his grandparents and father, he has been passionate about the art and flavours of pastries since his childhood. He believes that he was destined to be in this line of work.
Pierre Chambon went through different prestigious establishments worldwide such as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrein, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in London and Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from which he draws his inspiration. He is always on the lookout for emerging dessert trends and pay a high attention to presentation to give serving guests a one-on-a-kind experience.
