From January 23 to 27, 2025, Sirha - one of the most eagerly awaited events in the world of gastronomy and hospitality - will take place in Lyon. Valrhona Stand 4E28 - Hall 4
Discover (or rediscover) all the expertise at Valrhona and meet our experts (including cocoa sourcers, producers, chocolate experts and chefs from L’École Valrhona) in five dedicated areas: the cocoa library, the chocolate factory, the Confection 80% innovation workshop, L'École Valrhona and 30 years of Essentiels.
Valrhona will also hold a series of breakfast-themed events on stand 4D28.

Enter a new era for chocolate with real heart thanks to COMPOZ. Valrhona's latest innovation will be exclusively unveiled at our VIP stand at Sirha.
