From January 23 to 27, 2025, Sirha - one of the most eagerly awaited events in the world of gastronomy and hospitality - will take place in Lyon. This international show is a key moment in the year for industry professionals, as it is the place to see the trends and innovations that will shape the future.

Valrhona is one of Sirha's long-standing partners and has prepared a special schedule for the event. Come and explore our latest innovations, meet passionate experts and share moments of inspiration with special guests.

Discover (or rediscover) all the expertise at Valrhona and meet our experts (including cocoa sourcers, producers, chocolate experts and chefs from L’École Valrhona) in five dedicated areas: the cocoa library, the chocolate factory, the Confection 80% innovation workshop, L'École Valrhona and 30 years of Essentiels.

Valrhona will also hold a series of breakfast-themed events on stand 4D28.

Enter a new era for chocolate with real heart thanks to COMPOZ. Valrhona's latest innovation will be exclusively unveiled at our VIP stand at Sirha.
