A cocoa conference
On Monday 18 January, a conference was held at Hotel Arts Barcelona, on the theme of cocoa.Led by Pierre Costet, a Valrhona Sourcer, an audience of 120 people made of professionals, connoisseurs and the press attended.Tastings of various crus and estate-grown chocolates were organized, to the great delight of Valrhona chocolate lovers.The next day, in the framework of the Chocolate Master Class run by Barcelona’s Pastry School, the chocolate journey continued, in front of an audience made of 20 registered professionals.
