Valrhona at the Europain Exhibition 2010-02-19 - FRANCE - Trade fairs In Paris from 6 to 10 March 2010 The Europain-Intersuc Exhibition will be held from 6 to 10 March at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.Open to all Artisanal and Industrial Baking, Pastry-making and Ice Cream Professionals, this exhibition has a surface area of 80,000 m2.Valrhona, which has loyally stood by all of these professionals for so many years, will naturally be attending this event.Tasting sessions, demonstrations and other activities are on the line-up! This fair will be an opportunity for the brand to show off its new products: Coeur de Guanaja 80%, Etnao, and Macaé as well as the Ecole du Grand Chocolat’s services: training sessions, the Creation laboratory and the new professional book published by the Ecole du Grand Chocolat: “l’Art du Montage” (“The Art of Assembling and Presenting”) by Luc Eyriey.We are hoping to see a good turn-out at our stand 1E070 and 1F070!
