On 28 November last, Valrhona’s Foundation for Taste took part in the Feria Del Chocolate Festival in Mérida, Venezuela.
Frédéric Bau and Christophe Renou shared their knowledge of Valrhona’s Grand Chocolat during a two-hour conference.The programme included: a pastry-making showcase around the theme of “Deliciously Indulgent and Exquisitely Artful Inspirations”, and a chocolate mousse tasting experience.It suffices to say that the public were purely and simply seduced !
