From 12 to 14 September 2009, Valrhona was a partner of the food festival Omnivore New York
On the agenda: a chic picnic in Central Park, a cult documentary film on Michel Bras, and an interview with the renowned chef. Then, young American and French chefs paired up for cooking duets, and surprise dinners were organised. Omnivore New York was packed with exceptional and unexpected events.
