From 3 to 9 October, Valrhona shall be exhibiting at IBA (International Baking Academy): The World Bakery-Pastry Market.
Covering 123,000 m², the IBA trade Fair is a showcase for innovative trends that create an intense fervour on this ever-growing and high-potential bakery-pastry market. Surrounded by around 1,000 exhibitors from 45 countries, Valrhona shall present its product innovations: praliné, Pure Origin Grand Cru couverture, “praline” chocolate bonbons, equinoxes, and much more.
